If an item is marked "sold", can it be reproduced?

Possibly! Please contact us for more information. Our one of a kind pieces are unique and custom. While we may create a similar piece we will not exactly duplicate any one of a kind piece. In most cases these pieces use vintage elements that cannot be replicated. Classic designs will be reproduced exactly as you see them and are available to be ordered on demand at any time.

I'd love a custom design--is this possible?

Certainly!  We will be happy to design something specific and fantastic for you that is sure to become a treasured favorite.   Give us a call or email to schedule a design consultation.

Do you offer gift certificates for sale?

Of course!  Please contact us for ordering information.

What if I'd like my order gift-wrapped?

Let us know if your order is a gift and we will wrap it in our white gift box with our signature Sara Simpson blue willow pattern tissue paper with a blue satin ribbon.

How do I check the status of my order?

We send orders three ways. Our standard FREE shipping is with the USPS Priority Mail.  We will notify you the day that your order is shipped so you can estimate its arrival date. 

We also offer three shipping options via UPS for an additional fee. You will automatically receive an email notification upon shipment of your order that includes a link to your UPS tracking information. You may then use this tracking number at the UPS website here, to track your shipment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about your order.

Do you ship outside the US?

No, currently we are shipping only within the US and Canada.
