ONE OF A KIND vs CLASSIC

Our one of a kind pieces are unique and custom. While we may create a similar piece we will not exactly duplicate any one of a kind piece. In most cases these pieces use vintage elements that cannot be replicated. Classic designs will be reproduced exactly as you see them and are available to be ordered on demand at any time. 

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days of shipment. We will notify you when your order ships. If you would like to be able to track your order, we also offer shipment via UPS for an additional fee. You may choose this option at the time of purchase.

REPAIRS

We offer complimentary repairs on any of our jewelry within 60 days of purchase. Additional fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear. Please call or email us for further details.

RETURNS

Should you decide to return an item purchased online or at one of our independent shows, we are glad to offer merchandise credit within 15 days of original sale toward a future purchase of Sara Simpson jewelry. Because of the nature of our handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to refund purchases.  All sale items and custom orders are considered Final Sale.
