Sara Simpson has an innate sense of style which she shares through her unique designs and powerful fashion statements.
Born and raised on Ingleside Plantation in the Northern Neck of Virginia, Sara grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. She was a boarder at St Catherine's School in Richmond, then graduated from Hollins University, a liberal arts college in Roanoke, Virginia. After graduation Sara moved to Washington D.C. where her career with This End Up Furniture Company began. The next 15 years were spent helping This End Up grow into a major influence in the furniture industry. While at This End Up, Sara's passion for design and business began to flourish. Sara and her attorney husband, Kennedy, have three grown children, Palmer, Will and Tierney. They share their charming early 1900s stone cottage in Louisville with two springer spaniels, Lance and Emma.
When she is not designing jewelry, Sara travels to gem and bead shows and combs flea markets, estate sales and antique malls for inspiration and unique pieces. Sara enjoys all things creative: travel, painting, photography, and interior design.
